Issue/Rationale

Approve donation of property located within the Shannon Lakes and Shamrock Lakes Subdivisions adjacent to Coppergate Elementary School for walk paths.

Formal receipt of the attached Quit Claim Deeds by the School Board is required for audit and liability purposes.

Recommended Action

Accept property being donated for walk paths on the adjacent properties south of Coppergate Elementary School.

Financial Impact

No impact is realized through receipt of the Quit Claim Deeds.
